Working with MBM Awe Inspired Travel is typically no cost to you. In fact, we can often save you money by locating the best deals even after you've booked your vacation. We receive commissions from the travel suppliers through which we reserve your vacation.

However, for complex multiday itineraries or large group bookings, a planning fee may be applied. This would be discussed on our initial travel consultation, so you are aware of any potential costs upfront.

Typically, the first step is to complete a vacation quote request:

During your Initial Consultation, we will discuss your vacation plan in greater detail, helping us develop a custom quote tailored to your personal travel preferences.

• Yes, many suppliers offer a payment plan after an initial deposit is paid, often including theme park packages, all-inclusive resort packages, and cruises, depending on the final payment due date.

• MBM Awe Inspired Travel can create a payment plan that works best for you.

• However, some suppliers require full payment upfront. If you are unable to make full payment upfront in this instance, MBM Awe Inspired Travel also works with a financing provider such as Flex Pay.

• After you have selected your preferred vacation, we will send you a secure payment link to collect your chosen payment method, and then we will make the payment on your behalf.

• We will never make a payment without your permission and will notify you of the payment amount before any payment is made.

• We accept credit and debit card as payment methods and in some cases also accept gift cards for select suppliers.

MBM Awe Inspired Travel can purchase travel insurance on your behalf to protect your vacation, including coverage for cancellations, trip interruptions, medical emergencies, and lost or delayed baggage.

After your vacation is booked, MBM Awe Inspired Travel provides:

• A detailed vacation invoice including all your booked components.

• We provide follow-up consultation to book additional trip components, such as travel insurance, pre- or post-cruise hotels, recommended activities or excursions in your travel destination, and more.

• Share Tips and Tricks to help your vacation go smoothly

• Discuss travel requirements for your destination including identification requirements.

• Assistance with any changes and last-minute planning details.

Cancellation and final payment details vary by supplier. MBM Awe Inspired Travel will clearly explain the cancellation policy, deposits required, and final payment due date upfront.

If a cancellation or change is needed, we will assist you by contacting your supplier on your behalf to request any necessary changes, refunds, and/or cancellations, if allowable.

Absolutely! We are available not only to plan and book your trip components but also during your travel in case any unexpected needs arise, such as flight delays, hotel issues, etc.

MBM Awe Inspired Travel can create and book custom group vacations, including Family Reunions, Multigenerational Cruises, Destination Weddings, School Field Trip Vacations, and More!

• As a licensed Physical Therapist, Melissa Mansur with MBM Awe Inspired Travel has completed training in Accessibility and is both a Certified Autism Travel Professional and a Certified Accessible Travel Advocate.
